芸能・文化・まちなみを通して体験する2日間。

伝統芸能の長唄や舞踊を鑑賞し、
酒蔵をめぐり、発酵フレンチを味わう。
そして、自らの手で発酵を生み出す体験へ。

🍶 Edo-style Sawara’s Town-wide Fermentation Theater
A journey of fermentation experienced with all five senses

Experience fermentation not only through food and aroma,
but through performing arts, culture, and the atmosphere of the town.

Enjoy traditional Nagauta and Buyo performances,
visit a sake brewery, taste fermented French cuisine,
and take part in hands-on fermentation workshops.

🕐 Meeting: 1:30 PM, South Exit of Sawara Station
🎟 Free participation (monitor tour)

Includes experience fees, accommodation, and meals.
